return conditions

Items purchased from oh nènè can, in most cases, be returned within 14 days of receipt. When you want to return a product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage. You may remove products from their packaging unless the packaging is sealed, like the Bionova Cocobricks.

If you choose to return products, please notify us in advance by filling in the “model withdrawal form” below. Please note that you must return products within 14 days of notifying us.

processing your return

Once we have received your return shipment, we will proceed to evaluate the returned items and process your refund. The refund will be made using the original payment method used during the purchase unless otherwise requested. We will refund the amount within 14 days. The shipping costs for the return are for your account.

estimated return shipping costs:

• From Belgium using bpost < 10 kg: €6,20.
• From Belgium using bpost < 30kg: €10.70.
• From the Netherlands or Luxemburg using DPD < 20 kg: €12.50.
• For larger orders or orders to countries other than Belgium, Netherlands or Luxemburg: We estimate that the price is the same as the original shipping cost of the package.

articles that cannot be returned

Perishable goods or products with a limited shelf life, such as fresh microgreens, can not be returned. If you are not happy with a product, we invite you to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you.
